You can mix budgets, for example Standard for the bed and sofa and Lean for decor.

What do I download?

A PDF guide and an Excel planner, plus a link to a Google Sheets copy you can duplicate.

Are these real products?

Yes. Every item on your online list links to a real product at a US store. The planner's prices are our budget targets, so check the store's current price before you buy.

What if a price changes or a link breaks?

Prices change, especially on Amazon. The online list shows the date it was last updated. If an item sells out or a link breaks, WhatsApp us and we'll point you to a similar piece in the same look.

Are the budget totals exact?

No. They're our budget targets for the items listed, not store prices. Your total depends on that day's prices, sales, shipping and sales tax.

What do the budgets cover?

Furniture, decor, lighting, kitchenware, linens and towels, bath, a TV and streaming device, a smart lock and safety basics. Not built-in appliances, renovation or paint.

My unit is a different shape. Will it work?

The layout rules are written for typical 1-bedrooms of about 550–800 sq ft. If you want a plan for your exact floor plan, ask about our e-design; the kit price is credited.

Do you earn a commission on the links?

Some store links on the online list may be affiliate links: if you buy through one, Snap Interior may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We pick items for guests, not commissions. IKEA pays us nothing, and we still list it when it's the better pick. The guide and planner have no affiliate links.
